Our Prenatal Pilates Reformer Plus and Mommy & Me Pilates classes are small and personalized, ensuring that each session meets your unique needs. Whether you’re in your first trimester or nearing your due date, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to move at your own pace at Epiphany Pilates.

Registration is now open for our next 6-week session of Prenatal Pilates Reformer Plus and Mommy & Me Pilates classes at Epiphany Pilates! Prenatal Pilates Reformer Plus will be offered on Saturday’s at 11:45am, January 11, 2025 thru February 15, 2025. There are six (6) spots in each class and the cost to register is $275. Mommy & Me Pilates will be offered on Tuesday’s at 10:30am, January 14, 2025 thru February 18, 2025. There are six (6) spots in each class and the cost to register is $195.
