Our open house events are designed to give you a taste of what our Prenatal Pilates and Mommy & Me Pilates classes are all about. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Meet Our Instructors: Get to know our certified instructors who specialize in prenatal and postnatal Pilates. They’re here to answer all your questions and guide you through safe and effective exercises tailored to your needs.

Class Demonstrations: Experience a 25-minute mini-class, where you’ll learn about the specific exercises we focus on to help strengthen your core, improve posture, and support your body through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Learn About the Benefits: Discover how Pilates can help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, prepare your body for labor, and aid in postnatal recovery. We’ll cover modifications for all fitness levels, so you can feel confident and comfortable.
