New Classes for Beginners at Epiphany Pilates this Spring
Spring is here and Epiphany Pilates is in full bloom with a bouquet of mindful movement classes and private/semi-private training opportunities!
Our Spring 2022 schedule will run April 17th thru June 25th, and we are so pleased to announce the addition of a brand new class.
Pilates Fundamentals I
Perfect for beginners or those looking to ease back into their Pilates practice, this class provides an effective full-body workout that incorporates the fundamental movement principles of Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Designed to introduce the essential exercises across a range of equipment - including the Reformer, Tower, Step Barrel, and Wunda Chair, our Pilates Fundamentals I class provides a solid foundation for participants to carry forward into other equipment classes and throughout their Pilates journey.
Join Kacey on Thursday’s at 4:30pm and David on Saturday’s at 12:45pm to enjoy this fantastic voyage into the Pilates method.
