As the leaves begin to change and we welcome the crisp air of fall, it's the perfect time to refresh your wellness routine. Our Fall 2024 schedule (view HERE) of Pilates and GYROTONIC® classes is now live in our mobile app and online scheduler. We couldn’t be more excited to guide you through another season of movement and balance.

Pilates:
Our Pilates classes focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Most importantly, our classes are tailored to each participant, offering modifications to challenge or accommodate your personal needs.

✓ Pilates Circuit - Discover the full depth and breath of the Pilates method as it was designed to be experienced, using a range of Pilates equipment to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body.

GYROTONIC:
The GYROTONIC method offers a unique movement experience that is ideal for those looking to enhance their mobility, strength, and overall sense of well-being. Our small-group classes offer clients the opportunity to explore this creative and delightful movement system while coming home in their own bodies.

We’ve added more options for our Pilates Fundamentals I and Pilates Reformer I/II classes, along with new class times for Prenatal Pilates Reformer Plus and Mommy & Me Pilates.
