New GYROTONIC Fundamentals Class at Epiphany Pilates

Curious about the GYROTONIC® Method? You’ve seen the machines, you’ve heard the fuss in the studio, but you still haven’t taken the plunge? Well, we’ve got just the thing for you.

Our new GYROTONIC Fundamentals class series is the perfect starting point for those interested in trying out the GYROTONIC method in a group setting. The goal of this 6-week session is to help clients become familiar with the basic exercises, concepts and set-up of the equipment. Perfect for beginners or those wishing to do a deep dive into the GYROTONIC expansion system, participants will receive personalized feedback to answer all of their curiosities about this life-changing movement method. Plus, it also fulfills the pre-requisites for our GYROTONIC Tower classes. The GYROTONIC Fundamentals class series will begin February 12th and will be offered on Monday’s at 6pm and Wednesday’s at 11:30am.

Registration is also open for our February 2024 GYROTONIC Tower classes for those who have completed at least three (3) GYROTONIC private training sessions or the GYROTONIC Fundamentals class series. The next GYROTONIC Tower session will begin February 2nd and will be offered on Friday’s at 5pm and Sunday’s at 3pm.

There are three (3) spots in each class series; the cost to register is $298 for the 6-week GYROTONIC Fundamentals session and $198 for the 4-week GYROTONIC Tower session.
