Best Practices for Staying Healthy at Epiphany Pilates

In light of growing concerns over the spread of COVID-19, Epiphany Pilates would like to take a moment to review the best practices for remaining healthy and safe at the studio.

1) Wash your hands both before and after class using warm water and soap.

2) Upon entering the studio, remove your shoes. Shoe soles are one of the most common vectors for infectious diseases and can quickly transmit germs throughout the studio. We do not allow shoes past the front desk. This policy has always been designed to keep the studio clean and will continue to be strictly enforced. If you feel uncomfortable in bare feet, be sure to bring grippy socks or purchase a pair at the front desk.

3) After completing class, wipe down your equipment and/or mat using our cleaning solution and provided cloths. Place dirty cloths in the hamper by the front desk. As an added level of protection, our equipment is covered with antimicrobial upholstery.

4) Most importantly, if you are feeling unwell, please cancel your booking and do not come to the studio. This includes fever, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive coughing, body aches and general malaise. Rest up! You will recover faster and have a much better session when you return. Best of all, you will be the Pilates Superhero that keeps everyone else safe.

Please do not hesitate to call us at (703) 204-2200 with any questions or concerns.

We want everyone to stay healthy, happy and safe!
