Prenatal & Postnatal Open House, September 4-7th
Mark your calendars! Our annual Prenatal & Postnatal Open House will be held September 4-7th. If you are interested in trying our program or checking out what it’s all about, join us for this great preview of our Mommy & Me Pilates, Prenatal Pilates Reformer, and Prenatal Pilates Mat classes. Our next 6-week session of prenatal and postnatal classes will run September 14th thru October 24th, during which we will be offering Prenatal Pilates Mat (Saturday’s at 12:30pm), Mommy & Me Pilates (Wednesday’s at 11am), Prenatal Pilates Reformer (Thursday’s at 6:30pm). Space is limited. Registration is now open!

A Taste of Mommy & Me Pilates
Wednesday, September 4th, 11am
Join us for a complimentary 25-minute, no obligation introduction to our Mommy & Me Pilates class. This special class is designed to help new moms rejuvenate and restore their bodies, and meet other new local moms. Each class provides a great opportunity to bond with baby while realigning the pelvis, reactivating the core, and strengthening and stretching the entire body after delivery. Designed for moms and babies, from age 6 weeks until walking, each Mommy & Me Pilates class features exercises that incorporate the weight of baby to tone and sculpt muscles.
A Taste of Prenatal Pilates Reformer
Thursday, September 5th, 6:30pm
Join us for a complimentary 25-minute, no obligation introduction to our Prenatal Pilates Reformer class. Designed especially for moms-to-be, this class provides a challenging full-body workout using the Pilates Reformer. Clients will learn equipment settings as well as proper transitions for optimal flow between exercises while building strength and preparing the body for labor and delivery.
A Taste of Prenatal Pilates Mat
Saturday, September 7th, 12:30pm
Join us for a complimentary 25-minute, no obligation introduction to our Prenatal Pilates Mat class. This special mat class for moms-to-be incorporates a range of exercises - adapted for each trimester - to strengthen the pelvic floor and deep postural muscles while promoting body awareness in preparation for labor and delivery.
