Epiphany Pilates Receives 2015 Best Of Falls Church Award

Epiphany Pilates, a boutique Pilates and barre studio in Falls Church, Virginia, has been selected for the 2015 Best of Falls Church Award in the Pilates Studio category by the Falls Church Award Program.

Epiphany Pilates offers a full Pilates and barre fitness program in a comfortable and inviting environment. "I remember the first time that I walked into a Pilates studio well over a decade ago," she continues. "Overweight and out-of-shape at the time, I never felt like I completely fit in at that studio. At Epiphany Pilates, we wanted to create a space where people of all shapes, sizes, and ages could experience the benefits of Pilates without feeling judged or intimidated or, simply, out of place. In fact, our mission has been to provide a 'home away from home' where clients can explore the connection between mind, body and spirit on their individual quests for health and wellness."

Since opening its doors in Falls Church last summer, Epiphany Pilates has become the best-kept secret in the area with its small class sizes, individualized attention, and warm and friendly atmosphere. The studio offers a range of options including Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer and BootyBarre® classes; a prenatal and postnatal Pilates program for expectant and new moms; as well as, private and semi-private Pilates training.
