Our annual "Bring a Mom to Class Week" is back! It's so easy for moms to lose themselves in the hustle and bustle of day-to-day family life, whether we have a newborn or college-aged child. Our first instinct will always be 'my baby comes first' no matter how big or small our baby is today; however, it is important for moms to also take care and nurture themselves. We must find the time to restore and rejuvenate in order to maintain our health and happiness so that we can ultimately be the best versions of ourselves as we nurture our families.
As a 'thank you' to the incredible moms in our community, Epiphany Pilates would like to welcome our clients to invite a mom - that's any mom, whether it's your mom, your sister, your aunt or your friend - to join us in the studio. From Sunday, May 14th, until Saturday, May 20th, bring a mom to our Pilates Mat, Pilates Circuit, Vinyasa Yoga, or Barre classes for FREE.
